You can book us by the day (7 working hours) or half day (3.5 working hours) - you decide. We will dedicate 100% of that time to YOU and YOUR business.

This would be an ideal option for you if you know you have a deadline to meet, a project to finish or simply just need a hand to clear your inbox or to-do-list. We are always here to help and a member of the team will be assigned to you and your business for your chosen option of a full or half day support.

Inbox or diary only packages

These packages are for busy business owners who have an inbox that is growing by the second (you might feel like you’re drowning in the few thousand(!!) or you may have a diary that’s (putting it mildly) chaotic! Do you have multiple meetings overlapping? Yup, thought so - again, it’s common when you’re so busy……BUT……there is a way out and the following may be an option for you if you are looking for nothing more than inbox and/or diary management:

1/2 hour inbox management

£350 +VAT

  • We will check your emails 30 mins each day (Monday to Friday)

  • We will flag any emails that are: urgent, for you to read at a time that works for you, that require your attention, that we have actioned on your behalf (if agreed we would do this), remove spam, unsubscribe you from emails that you no longer require and categorise emails in a way that works for YOU

1 hour inbox management

£700 +VAT

  • We will check your emails for 1 hour each day (Monday to Friday) - typically 30 mins in the morning and 30 mins in the afternoon

  • As per the half hour package, we will flag any emails that are: urgent, for you to read at a time that works for you, that require your attention, that we have actioned on your behalf (if agreed we would do this), remove spam, unsubscribe you from emails that you no longer require and categorise emails in a way that works for YOU

1/2 hour diary management

£350 +VAT

This package does not include management of your emails - it is purely for diary management

  • We all know that diary management can get a little crazy and it’s a very time consuming task. We will take that burden away from you and do all the setting up you need! This package would be for you if you don’t have a lot of meetings that need to be organised or rearranged as 30 mins isn’t a long time per day to do a full on busy diary

  • We will liaise with all relevant parties and will send diary invites with the relevant dial in details/locations for meetings

  • If in person meetings are required and you need a venue we can take this off your hands too! We will research and give you options for suitable meeting venues and arrange catering on your behalf if needed

  • We will keep an eye on your diary and will highlight any clashes

We would also be more than happy to combine both diary AND inbox management for any of the one hour per day packages

If you think you will require longer each day, please just ask us and we will happily arrange a bespoke package for you

50 hours per month - £2,000 (+VAT) per calendar month

60 hours per month - £2,340 (+VAT) per calendar month

70 hours per month - £2,730 (+VAT) per calendar month

80 hour per month - £3,080 (+VAT) per calendar month

The above monthly retainer packages gives you the piece of mind that you are guaranteed your chosen retainer hours every month

Bespoke packages

If you feel you need more than 80 hours per month please email [email protected] including the hours you think you need and a bespoke quote will be emailed over to you.

Ad-hoc hours

If you think you would only require time every now and then you can email [email protected] to request our ad-hoc services. Please include the support you require when emailing. Our ad-hoc rate is priced at £55 per hour.
