We only have a set amount of ad-hoc hours every month BUT we will do all we can to accommodate. Please give us as much notice as you can by emailing karen@karenritchieva.com and we will do our best to help.

Yes, absolutely AND…..if you need to go over your hours that is absolutely fine too (you will be charged at the ad-hoc rate for any additional hours required)

I’m afraid we only work Monday to Friday so weekends aren’t an option for us. We don’t work late into the evening either by demand I’m afraid either. We don’t always work set ‘normal’ working hours however we can’t guarantee we would be available of an evening.

I will assign you/your business two Virtual Executive Assistants (you have 2 assigned to you incase for any reason one of them is off - you won’t ever be left without an EA (except for at Christmas when we all deserve time off)
Once you’ve decided if you want to work with us, we’ll set a date to get started
