After working in administration and customer service roles for the last 17 years, becoming a Virtual Assistant was the next logical step in my journey. I’m from Gloucestershire but currently living in Nottingham with my partner and 2 bunnies! Like the rest of the team, I’m a die-hard organisation lover and get huge satisfaction from turning chaos into calmness (especially in an excel spreadsheet). I’m responsible for social media management, including strategy and content creation, and I love helping clients grow their accounts organically!

Outside of work, I like to try lots of different creative hobbies, like baking, crocheting and painting.

As a graduate with a Master's degree in International Business Management, I have hands-on experience as an Operations and Marketing Assistant, where I supported day-to-day business activities and contributed to a range of marketing initiatives. Through this role, I developed strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

I specialise in all things social media, marketing and events and love bringing brands to life and helping clients to grow their business.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with my family and my dog, Hugo. I'm passionate about social media and love keeping up with the latest trends. I also have a keen interest in fashion and beauty—you'll often find me exploring new styles or browsing the shops in my free time!

Her background spans from executive and personal support, brand partnerships, and production, having managed global clients, complex travel, and luxury events while ensuring every detail runs seamlessly. Millie has worked both in-house and remotely, including supporting the Founder of The Lane and the Vice President of IMG Fashion, where she coordinated high-profile partnerships and international shoots.

Known for her warm approach, sharp organisation, and ability to anticipate needs before they arise, Millie helps creative leaders stay focused on the big picture, while keeping everything running flawlessly behind the scenes.

Hey, I'm Cleo!

I'm based in Brighton and have a background in executive support, project coordination and supporting senior leaders within higher education.

I love bringing structure to busy days, and weaving some breathing space out of the chaos for those I support. That might take the shape of managing diaries, coordinating projects, creating professional communications and documents or simply making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

I'm calm, organised and genuinely enjoy solving problems, streamlining processes and helping clients feel less overwhelmed. There's nothing more rewarding than knowing I've taken work off someone's plate so they can focus on what matters most to them and their business. Plus if it means I get the chance to colour-code a Trello board then I'm very content!

When I'm not working, you'll usually find me out walking, reading, writing, watching horror films or enjoying a good cup of tea with one of my black cats curled up on my lap.
